I have been engaged in this work for 20+ years while leading national and community-based organizations through periods of growth, innovation, and impact. I possess a proven track record in designing and executing large-scale initiatives and am an expert in building cross-sector partnerships to expand capacity, leading and developing high-performing teams, and fostering cultures of learning and collaboration. I have had the privilege of working on both sides of the table as both a grantseeker and grantmaker, so I understand the fluid relationship and trust needed to ensure impactful philanthropy.
