As a former Gamecock athlete, I have always been motivated, ambitious, and a team player. I value what comes with building a winning program that unites different people together. That has transitioned to a career as a partnerships and key account leader. To put it plainly - I love to champion and actualize my client’s ideas for a more efficient, future-ready workforce.With my industrial talent solutions background, I developed the ability to triage and crisis manage complex challenges that arise with my customers, while managing a portfolio of over 100 small to medium size businesses. That means there\'s always problems to solve! For me, honesty and a customer-first mentality are non-negotiable.As I grew in my field, leading in client retention and new business development, I began coaching and developing future leaders while transitioning to enterprise-level engagements. Today, I work with some of the largest organizations and their HR, IT, and engineering teams to design consulting programs focused on cost optimization, modernization, and leveraging generative AI for measurable impact.
