    Design and execute broad scale programming plans focused on the professional and career development of CCHMC faculty based on current, evidenced-based research and needs assessments-Collaborate with institutional leaders to align programs with the vision and mission of the hospital-Measure, report program outcomes to allow for continuous improvement and to support institutional buy-in for further projects-Bring together stakeholders from a variety of divisions and departments to collaborate on projects, provide CME or other continuing education credits, and ensure that faculty needs from across the hospital are met-Assess needs for faculty development based on a variety of intersectional factors guiding faculty experience-Investigate and support applications for potential funding opportunities, including NIH grants-Oversee communications, including the public OAACD Blog, social media accounts, and internal newsletters, emails, and other means of advertising of events and faculty accomplishments-Maintain the operating budget of the OAACD and associated grants/endowments for faculty development and the high school/undergraduate student pathway to medical research programs, such as Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF)-Identify and implement new methods to improve OAACD work and continually assess operations to enhance deliverables and reporting-Coordinate daily operations of faculty development programming to ensure programs are efficient, cost effective, and have a positive impact-Manage celebrations of faculty accomplishments, including coordination of the annual Faculty Awards Ceremony and Hidden Gems quarterly awards, and public recognition of CCHMC faculty accomplishments in the OAACD Blog
