My focus is on using AI to improve public services and create more equitable systems. I work to ensure that emerging technologies are grounded in transparency, inclusion, and real community needs.With more than eight years of experience in healthcare and dual master’s degrees, I bring a strong foundation in policy, health equity, and program design. I’m currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence at Capitol Technology University. My research focuses on ethical AI development, chronic pain management, and fairness in healthcare.In 2024, I was recognized with the AI 2030 Influencer Award and named a Global Fellow for my contributions to responsible AI. I also lead National Black AI Literacy Week, an initiative to expand access and understanding of AI in Black communities.I serve on the executive leadership team of the Black AI Think Tank and contribute to the Women’s Leadership Committee for AI2030. Most recently, I completed the Generative AI Leadership Accelerator at the University of Arizona’s Eller Executive Education program, deepening my work at the intersection of AI strategy and ethical implementation.I believe that technology should serve the public good.
