About Kate Marieb

Growing up in rural Arizona with a single mom raising my brother and me provided an invaluable opportunity to build the resilience, strength, and perseverance that have been the driving forces throughout my life. Despite difficult circumstances I learned I am capable of anything I set my mind to; that the world is run by those who show up, and my value comes through my thoughtful perspectives that in the end help make a difference for others. The resilience and strength I built as a young person helped me rise to the executive level in a Fortune 50 technology company. Along the way I learned about Emotional Intelligence and Sustainable High Performance, I designed benefits that helped new parents thrive, and brought employee engagement to the next level through exciting new technology. By blending subject matter knowledge, strategic insight, and systems thinking with natural leadership, fearless enthusiasm and a collaborative working style – coupled with an MBA in International Finance – I delivered results. As I began to rise through the ranks to executive level in 2018, I became aware that I had attached too much of my identity to work, which led to inevitable burnout. It was then that I began the deep discovery of who I was, what my values were and what brought me joy in work and in life. Today, as a leadership and wellness coach, I bring the experience gained from over 20 years in technology, multiple certifications in wellness and leadership coaching, and multi-disciplined methodologies using Emotional Intelligence, Clifton Strengths, and Enneagram to tackle any problem my clients want to address. From performing at work to balancing at home; from skills building in communication and relationships in every aspect of their lives to transitioning from one identity to another, I help my clients tackle challenging problems and create the life they want.
