About Katelyn Mann
I am PhD student at UC Davis studying agroecological transitions; currently at UC Chile as a Fulbright Chile Scholar researching livestock integration as an agroecological practice. My Masters work focused on monitoring and evaluation in agricultural extension to support increased impact. I am a food systems practitioner and activist passionate about agroecology and systems of democratized farmer education/knowledge sharing. With over ten years in the field, I have experience in agricultural production, farm management, supply chains, education, research, and community organizing. I have two years of experience working with farmer cooperatives and agricultural NGOs in Peru and Argentina.I am a skilled leader and facilitator with experience forming a non-profit, grant writing, speaking at international conferences, writing curriculum, and leading college courses.You can reach me at k••••••••@gmail.com.
