About Katelyn Townsley
When clients decide they want to execute a construction project, inevitably the question is asked of competing CM firms, “why should we pick you?” That’s where I come in. Digging deep to understand the wants and needs of an owner drives my strategic approach to crafting RFP responses for clients across the country, both new and returning owners. I have the privilege of working with a wide variety of subject matter experts to understand the intricacies of specialized facilities in numerous markets, pulling information that will help differentiate Gilbane among other firms in the mix. Knowing the right questions to ask, pushing our team to challenge ourselves, and a thoughtful approach to creative graphics is how I like to keep the ball moving. I am known within our firm as a reliable teammate ready to tackle anything and my passion for putting our best foot forward is seen throughout my work. The construction industry is fascinating to me and I learn something new with each pursuit - the more challenging, the better!
