Hi! I\'m Katelyn Peake, and I wear a few different hats that I’m incredibly passionate about. I\'m currently pursuing my Certified Paralegal certification through the University of South Carolina-Aiken, expecting to complete it by September 2024. My educational journey also includes an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Florence-Darlington Technical College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Real Estate Licensure through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (SC LLR). I thrive as a residential real estate agent with Epique Realty, Inc, proudly serving the Pee Dee and Coastal Regions of South Carolina. I hold SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and LMC (Luxury Market Certified) designations from NAR. My love for real estate is fueled by working with investors, listing and selling homes, navigating the luxury real estate market, and guiding clients in buying their dream homes. I’m dedicated to providing the best experience for my clients, treating each transaction with the utmost care and attention. In addition to my real estate career, I am deeply committed to furthering my education and passion for law. I’m currently enrolled in the Certified Paralegal Program at the University of South Carolina-Aiken, with plans to complete it by September 2024. Afterward, I intend to sit for the Certified Paralegal (CP) NALA. I’m actively pursuing a career as a paralegal in a hybrid (if local) or remote capacity. Balancing my career in real estate with my studies in law has been an exciting challenge, and I am eager to bring my skills and dedication to a paralegal role.
