Key responsibilities include- Managing multiple projects across all phases, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration- Leading client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder coordination efforts- Collaborating closely with general contractors to navigate real-time construction issues and maintain schedule alignment- Coordinating with civil, structural, and MEPT consultants to resolve design challenges and integrate systems effectively- Producing and reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and constructability- Providing QA/QC oversight and mentoring junior staff- Supporting pursuit efforts by contributing to proposals and RFQ responses for public-sector clientsThis role has allowed me to strengthen my leadership skills while deepening my expertise in education design and construction administration.
