Collaborate with the Native American Rights Fund (NARF) and partners to deepen knowledge of Tribal co-management within the National Park Service (NPS).• Contribute as co-lead of the Indigenous Engagement Team by offering ongoing support to colleagues in their Tribal engagement work.• Enhance NPCA\'s capacity to engage on intersectional Native American policy issues related to NPS and public lands.• Developing best practices to deepen collective understanding of how to support Tribal Nations and descendant communities working with the National Park System (and other federal land and water management agencies).• Support the National Parks Conservation Association\'s growth as a stronger ally with my expertise in Federal Indian policy, Tribal sovereignty, and Indigenous history.
