As a Design Ops Program Manager, I act as a strategic partner to ensure our multi-disciplinary Design team is focused on Visa\'s highest priority initiatives within our allocated product pillar. Day to day, I work with product owners and Design leads to ensure expectations from both sides are being met, priorities are aligned, and communication is flowing in both directions. As part of the Ops team, I\'ve led key initiatives to create and implement org-wide tools and processes to better enable Design\'s intake, tracking, and prioritization efforts. These initiatives include creating our dynamic project database and team-specific trackers in Coda, establishing our processes for quarterly planning with product teams to ensure priority alignment and moving further left in the product lifecycle, and experimenting with AI agents to increase productivity for Design teams. I\'m a clear and effective communicator, relationship-builder, and strategic thinker.
