About Katelyn Winter
I joined American Express as an Associate Digital Product Manager for the Financials team within the Enterprise Digital Experience in September 2024. While serving as the point of contact for the web disputes digital journey, I will be providing crucial support to Statements & Activity initiatives across transaction displays and exports. This effort will serve to ensure we meet customer expectations, competitor benchmarks and respond to changing external environments with Open Banking.Similarly, I previously worked as a Product Intern at AMEX on a partner team in Financials. For my summer project, I worked closely with the digital payments team to analyze web and mobile payments journeys/assets to determine functionality gaps and opportunities that will improve the overall payment channel for customers.
