Passionate about creating meaningful experiences and building connections, I am a current junior at Chapman University studying Business Entrepreneurship with a minor in Leadership Studies. My career interests center on management within live entertainment and event operations, where strategic planning, team coordination, and execution come together to create impactful experiences.I identified key strengths in communication, adaptability, and organization. I am comfortable taking initiative, delegating responsibilities clearly, and staying composed under pressure when managing competing priorities. These strengths allow me to lead teams effectively while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.In the classroom, I am learning about operations strategy, leadership styles, decision-making frameworks, and how effective managers align people, processes, and performance to achieve organizational goals. I am especially interested in how strong operational systems support creativity and enable teams to execute large-scale events successfully.Professionally, I aspire to build a career in event operations management within the live entertainment industry. My goal is to lead teams, oversee complex productions, and contribute to experiences that leave lasting impressions on audiences. I am actively seeking internship opportunities where I can further develop my management skills, gain hands-on operational experience, and continue growing as a strategic, results-driven leader.
