Bigos Management, Inc. was founded in 1981 by Ted Bigos. The company currently holds ownership/management of over 50 apartment communities, over 10,000 units, and commercial office space. All of the apartment communities are located in the Minneapolis/St Paul metropolitan area. The current portfolio's diversity offers something for everyone from quiet suburban living to fast-paced downtown high-rise life.
Over 300 people are employed at Bigos Management. The owner-managed aspect of the company is not only beneficial to our residents but also to those employed by Bigos Management. A complete benefit package, including profit sharing, is available to full-time employees.
Our apartment communities are staffed with qualified, experienced personnel. The realm of responsibility born by our on-site staff includes management, resident relations, maintenance, and marketing.
