Built an R logistic regression classifier using thaw-rate features derived from temperature time series to identify Actinic Keratosis vs Seborrheic Keratosis. Evaluated the classifier’s agreement with reference labels (including McNemar’s test) and analyzed paired AK/SK feature differences using paired t-tests/Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Contributed to the team’s 1st place award at the 2025 AAD Innovation Academy Derm Tank.
