   In this role, I lead comprehensive due diligence processes for grant applications, reviewing and verifying compliance with Citi Foundation requirements, and collaborating with global stakeholders, including program officers and applicants, to ensure smooth grant administration. I also manage grant payment and onboarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of financial disbursements and the seamless integration of new grantees into the foundation\'s systems and processes. I analyze and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting related to grant performance, including coordinating timely receipt of grantee reports and modifications, preparing data for external benchmarking surveys, and advising on process improvements to optimize efficiency and compliance. In my role, I support the development and management of grants database systems by ensuring high-quality data entry, conducting regular quality assurance checks, and delivering ad-hoc reports and key metrics to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. A big part of this role is monitoring the compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, managing vendor invoices, purchase orders, and ensuring adherence to Citi’s corporate governance and compliance standards, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Managers Control Assessments (MCA).
