Having worked directly in hospital settings, I understand how operational and financial decisions impact patient care and staff workflows, and I focus on building solutions that support both.In my current role as Manager of PIMS Clinical Governance, I oversee clinical content, coding structures, and governance frameworks across a national hospital network, with a focus on consistency, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

In this role, I act as the system owner of PIMS clinical content, codes, and charge structures, establishing governance and decision-making frameworks that drive operational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and maintain alignment across all Ethos hospitals. I support hospital operations at a national level by bridging clinical expertise with system governance and organizational strategy.
