Over the past decade, I’ve led groundbreaking initiatives, expanded service options to serve new audiences, all while managing cross-functional teams of up to 20 staff. I specialize in building new programs from the ground up—such as launching Arlington County Public Library’s first Makerspace—and optimizing existing services through data-informed decision-making, technology integration, and stakeholder collaboration.
