I spend my time managing development and engineering teams to create exciting new tandem quadrupole products. My team is multi-disciplined including System Engineers, Development Scientists, Mechanical Design engineers, Electronics Design and Control engineers and Evaluation Scientisits. The team cover the end to end V-model development cycle from Product Specification to final Validation. I have working knowledge of instrument development and class 2 medical device design and direct experience in product evaluation, service, technical support and training.I spend time promoting women in science and STEM.
