Helped lead project to develop CWR capabilities (importing and exporting) within Riptide’s proprietary system which includes liaising with developers, product testing, and a technical understanding of the CWR file type itself- Assisting project to develop proprietary system that spans from rights management to customer relations to royalty processing - this system touches all sectors of music rights administration for both sound recordings and compositions- Responsible for worldwide registrations on behalf of our administration and publishing clients while creating and maintaining relationships with our network of sub-publishers across the globe- In charge of monthly sync and quarterly royalty processing- Other duties include entering new catalog into our rights management system, cleaning up old copyright data within Riptide’s system to make sure the catalog is represented accurately, handling conflict inquiries from local and foreign societies, registering catalog with our YouTube Content ID partner, royalty statement matching and processing, and reviewing digital blanket licenses
