Managing the Full Cycle Recruitment process from intake meetings and sourcing, to onboarding of senior, specialized positions. • Acting as a Partner and Advisor to leaders throughout the recruitment process by grasping departments needs and workforce plans, market trends, current compensation data for internal and external employees, following interviewing best practices, and negotiations. • Developing, implementing and maintaining talent acquisition sourcing plans and initiatives to support business needs, ensuring EDI is embedded at each stage of the recruitment process. • Updating job descriptions, creating interview guide’s, negotiating and drafting offer letters, administering pre-employment checks and onboarding with the HR team. • Administering and interpreting Behavioural and Cognitive Assessments through Predictive Index (PI). • Continuously improving and developing our recruitment marketing strategy by staying on top of emerging trends and working closely with peers throughout the HR team. • Working in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS – Oracle) to manage talent pools and requisitions. • Providing Coaching/Mentorship. • Support with HR and Talent Acquisition Projects.
