My background photo was taken at an open space/park.5 mile from my house where I trail run, mountain bike and hike. Like the trail, my career has been a journey. Each role has helped me build on my previous experience and has opened up new opportunities to learn, take on new challenges and meet new people. The WHY: I studied marketing and have been on a retail/cpg career journey because I am fascinated by the psychology behind purchase decisions and love the fast-paced, dynamic environment. The WHAT: my journey includes 9+ years of team leadership experience, 16+ years of customer facing experience, strategic plan development and strong execution/results. I have worked for a retailer (Target) and have held various positions in analytics, category management, shopper marketing & category development. The HOW: I lead with empathy and find fulfillment in helping my team members be the best versions of themselves. I use insights to guide my decisions and data to understand the results and how to continuously improve.
