Our mission is to promote the most effective, fair, and lasting climate solutions.• Expanded role includes all past responsibilities plus communications/public affairs team management, media relations, ad campaigns, and messaging strategy• Serve as deputy to the COO and execute on operations and HR-related special projects including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, HR vendor relationships, and internal communications• Act as the primary steward of the Council brand, ensuring all messaging and visuals tell our story. Led a complete redesign of the Council website in 2024 with an emphasis on improving user experience• Serve as project manager for cross-departmental initiatives aimed at engaging new and existing funders, including but not limited to drafting grant reports/proposals, corporate outreach, etc.
