ABOUT KATE HINDER
With over five months of experience as Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead at Business in the Community, I focus on empowering organisations to foster healthier, more inclusive workplaces to drive productivity and performance through values-driven leadership. My expertise spans an strategy and governance, policy and procedure, supporting the pivotal role of line managers, written communication, qualitative and quantitative research, and training and development, which I leverage to support businesses in creating safer and happier work environments.
