Using a coaching psychology approach, I work in partnership with business owners and senior leaders in medium to large organisations and help leaders develop their professional identity, build mental strength, and improve workplace communication to achieve greater collaboration, productivity, and well-being at work. I also help business leaders and their teams find greater shared purpose, vision, goals, and ways of working to achieve business targets and maintain well-being. When I work with leaders and teams they transition from a group of people who work together to a high performing team as they gain more energised and focused mindsets, and positive habits to achieve sustainable behaviour change.Benefits from working with me:As well as having a Masters Degree in Psychology (with Distinction ), I am an accredited, and experienced Executive, Leadership, and Performance Coach, and Entrepreneur. I have also worked up to senior management level for over 20 years in large hotel corporations and the transport sector across the UK. This means the services I provide draw on both academic credentials, as well as industry experience in leadership, training and coaching. My experience in leadership also means I have a natural affinity and empathy with the obstacles you and your team face.
