We are all human. I lead as a human, and it’s how I approach and drive top-quality recruiting, candidate and employee experiences. As a cultural ambassador, my approach is rooted in compassion, empathy and with intention. As a certified coach, I have been leading effective and authentic (human) talent and people experiences for over 14 years across climate and digital creative agencies. For the past 5+ years, I have provided differentiated leadership, support and advocacy for global, fully remote People & Culture and Recruiting teams. Through cross-team collaboration and thought partnership, I’ve helped scale talent and people practices across a globally distributed, “remote-mature” environment.Personally my passions include traveling and a love for immersing myself in different cultures, and being active in the outdoors. I am easily inspired by creativity and beauty, and love to get lost in good books.
