I am a professional data analyst and a trained statistician. I have extensive knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims data, backed up by clinical education and experience. I excel at programming and other technical functions, and I have discovered an affinity for data quality. I am adept at communications, and I know that analytical findings are only as good as the words used to convey them. I am a leader on my team and in my department, serving as a mentor to junior team members and interns. I champion inclusion and am active as a servant leader in an employee resource group. Outside of work, I serve on multiple professional and civic organization boards.
