ABOUT KATE FERRIS

I’m a Sociology (BSc) graduate with a strong academic focus on social inequality, explored through my dissertation on how race, class, and gender shape educational experiences and outcomes. This work developed my ability to analyse complex social patterns, communicate insights clearly, and understand the diverse factors that influence people’s decisions and opportunities.I now bring these strengths into my role as a Lettings Manager, where I manage a dynamic property portfolio and support both landlords and tenants through a clear, efficient, and people-centred lettings process. I’m passionate about creating positive client experiences, solving problems proactively, and maintaining high standards of organisation, communication, and compliance.With a blend of analytical thinking and people-focused practice, I aim to continue growing within the property sector while staying grounded in the sociological perspective that shaped my approach to understanding individuals, communities, and housing needs.Always open to connecting with professionals in property, sociology, and beyond!
