I have over 12 years of experience working in the Talent Acquisition world. In this time, I gained hands on experience delivering recruiting solutions in agency based, RPO and in house/corporate settings. My favorite aspect of my job is building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and finding that perfect fit! I am a data junkie, love anything to do with process improvement, as well as, developing short and long-term strategic recruitment plans.When I’m not on the job, I love hanging with my extremely large dog and smallish cat, staying up-to-date on all platforms of binge-worthy television and indulging my love for seeing new places.
