Through ‘F.I.E.R.C.E’ my 1:1 coaching programme we work together over 12 weeks to uncover mindset blocks, remove fear, negative thought patterns and behaviours that hold you back from creating your ‘hell yes’ life. Our sessions use a mixture of NLP, Positive Psychology, CBT, Transformational coaching, as well as some energy work (and if you’re up for it a bit of magic woo too). You will unlock your true potential, gain clarity on your pathway, blast through blocks and create a life full of trust, confidence, joy and a full on ‘hell yes’. I’ve had all the success on the surface, great job, money, status. BUT behind the scenes my life was a mess. Debt up to my eyeballs, a narcissistic relationship and fear someone was going to find out that I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. Then I decided I had, had enough. I was tired of feeling stuck and trapped. I longed for freedom and fun, a sense of there must be more. I look a leap and never looked back. I invested in a coach to help and and support me through some difficult stuff. Things I could never have done on my own and short cuts to taking the action I always dreamed of. I changed my life and decided to become a coach hold space for others to explore their own personal development, with the techniques and lessons I have experienced to help along the way.
