ABOUT KATE EINARSON
I am a behavioural scientist working in the \'messy middle\' to ensure research is relevant, accessible, and ultimately makes a difference. I\'m passionate about bringing folks together and getting the right information to the right people, in the right format, at the right time. What does that mean? Lots of things! To maximize research impact, I use implementation science, co-production partnerships, and behaviourally-informed information design. This evidence-based work requires a systems lens and strategic change management. That means I partner with researchers, industry, policymakers, healthcare recipients, teachers, schools, and not-for-profits. Since 2025, I have been the Knowledge Mobilization Lead for the Acceleration Consortium (https://acceleration.utoronto.ca). Previously, I have worked in hospitals, research institutes, and universities in Ontario and across Canada. An experimental psychologist by training, I am an award-winning speaker and teacher, and have presented my work internationally. Interested? Please reach out. For over 15 years, I have consulted with organizations across North America who share my interests in KM/KT/K*, dissemination and implementation, scicomm, and more!
