About Katelynn Echeverri

As an experienced Intelligence Operations Manager with over a decade of service in the military and private sectors, I have developed a strong foundation in intelligence analysis, mission planning, team leadership, and security management. Recently, I transitioned from an active guard position to become a traditional reservist with the 304th Rescue Squadron. This move allows me to explore exciting new career opportunities while continuing to serve in a leadership capacity within the military. In my most recent role, I led the development and execution of intelligence operations, managing a team of 10 analysts. Together, we enhance situational awareness, ensure deployment readiness through comprehensive training programs, and deliver actionable intelligence to support critical missions. Additionally, I served as the primary security manager, overseeing the management of Top Secret and Secret clearances for the squadron. This critical responsibility ensured compliance with security protocols, safeguarding sensitive information while supporting mission success. Throughout my career, I have gained diverse and invaluable experiences. At Bowhead - Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation, I played a pivotal role in planning and executing flying missions for CV-22 Osprey aircraft, ensuring seamless coordination across Special Operations Command. My deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq sharpened my expertise in multi-intelligence analysis, joint coalition operations, and supporting Special Forces teams with mission-critical products. I hold a B.A. in Intelligence Studies & Analysis from American Military University and an A.A.S. in Intelligence Studies & Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. My military education, including ISR Operations and SOF Intelligence courses, complements my technical skills and hands-on experience. My ability to excel in high-stakes environments, combined with my strong communication and collaboration skills, has enabled me to foster productive relationships with Joint and Coalition Forces. Proficient in advanced analytical tools and intelligence disciplines, I am committed to delivering precise and reliable intelligence. Now, I am eager to bring my skills and experiences to new opportunities in intelligence operations, mission planning, and beyond. Let’s connect to discuss how we can collaborate and make a meaningful impact!
