   With over a decade of experience in risk and compliance, I am a lead for PwC’s global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) offering, specializing in building and scaling effective second-line risk and control functions for large organizations. My background includes developing, scaling and managing risk and assurance functions across the three lines.In first line - I help organizations establish foundational risk identification and mitigation processes. My expertise spans critical areas like policy and procedure development, tech and data center risk, ESG, risk appetite setting, and building Key Risk and Performance Indicators (KRIs/KPIs) along with insightful dashboards.In second line - my focus includes ERM and strengthening risk and control frameworks that provide resilience and operational readiness. I work closely with Chief Risk Officers (CROs), heads of risk, Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs), and legal leaders to design risk management programs that align with organizational goals and risk appetites. I frequently engage with boards, offering strategic risk insights and actionable guidance for managing risk within corporate structures. I have guided clients through complex regulatory landscapes (i.e. DMA, DSA, ESG, Reg Change Management) conducted program reviews and readiness assessments, and trained over professionals on ERM best practices, delivering in-person sessions in cities like Hong Kong and Paris and virtual sessions for audiences in Dubai, Singapore, and beyond.In third line - I bring extensive experience in internal audit co-sourcing and outsourcing, working with Fortune 500 clients to both design and operate effective audit functions. I have managed full outsourcing arrangements where I oversee audit planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
