In my role as Lead within the Creative Services team, I work closely with a diverse group of Graphic Designers, Illustrators, and Artists to shape the visual direction of our brands. I’m actively involved in both the conceptual and executional sides of our work—from brainstorming initial ideas and refining key visuals to making sure our creative output aligns with both brand strategy and business goals. Our team is responsible for everything from building new brand identities and updating legacy visuals to producing standout illustrations and ensuring a strong, cohesive visual presence across all platforms.Core Responsibilities: Creative Lead & Execution: I lead the artistic direction for a range of design and illustration projects, ensuring our work stays true to the brand while pushing creative boundaries. I also contribute directly by designing assets such as logos, key art, and promotional visuals. Team Leadership & Growth: I support and mentor a cross-disciplinary team by providing regular feedback, assigning projects based on individual strengths, and creating an environment that encourages growth and creative exploration. Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with the Creative Director, I help bring the broader brand vision to life. I lead planning sessions, facilitate creative reviews, and collaborate across departments to ensure our creative solutions align with company priorities. Brand Development & Consistency: I play a key role in crafting new visual identities and evolving existing ones to stay relevant and effective, while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints. Process Improvement: I continuously evaluate and refine our creative workflows to improve efficiency and quality. I also look forward to anticipate future needs and ensure our team is aligned with long-term company objectives.
