About Kate Breher de Jong

I’ve had a variety of jobs throughout my career, from ESL Instructor for college-bound students in Indonesia to VP of Employee Experience at Red Door Interactive. In between, I worked as a web developer, a software trainer, a project manager, and a director of learning & organizational development. In my newest career iteration, I provide guidance and support to Red Door and other companies as an organizational development specialist and leadership development consultant. I think the common thread through all these jobs has been “development”; I’m most satisfied when I can take an idea, picture a better state of that idea, and turn it into reality for either myself or others.
