I’m a marketing automation and lifecycle leader with more than 10 years of experience at the intersection of CRM, data, and engineering. As the first employee at Klaviyo, I helped scale the company from an early-stage startup to a publicly traded platform used by thousands of brands.Today, as Head of Lifecycle at Hearth, I design and optimize lifecycle systems that drive engagement across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging. My work focuses on building intelligent, scalable communication frameworks that improve activation, retention, and long-term customer value.I also heavily incorporate AI into lifecycle operations. I build internal AI agents and automation systems that support campaign development, segmentation logic, experimentation, and API-driven workflows. From scripting lifecycle processes and integrating external data sources to automating message generation and testing, I focus on using AI to make lifecycle programs faster, smarter, and far more adaptive.My background blends technical depth with behavioral insight. I studied Mathematics and Psychology and completed advanced coursework in MIT’s Applied Mathematics PhD program, which shaped the analytical approach I bring to growth and lifecycle strategy.Over the course of my career, including roles at GOAT Group, Trusted Health, Willow, and Reverb (Etsy), I’ve focused on turning complex data into practical systems that drive measurable results.
