I lead Global Learning and Leadership Development at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, the pioneer in RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics, a revolutionary approach to treating diseases which \"silences\" the genes that cause or contribute to them. It\'s redefining the future of medicine, pushing boundaries and embracing challenges to help patients around the world. My role is focused on designing a future-ready learning ecosystem that fuels business growth and leverages technology, including AI, to transform learning design and delivery. I also build and sustain strong enterprise talent pipelines through high-potential development, succession readiness and executive leadership programs. Before joining Alnylam, I led Microsoft’s Global Performance and Development team, overseeing the strategy and execution of the company-wide performance check‑in process, goal setting, feedback and recognition programs, and the annual rewards cycle—all designed to cultivate a high‑performing, thriving workforce. I also spent almost a decade at American Express in various HR business partner and COE roles, including leading Global Performance Management and Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.I bring a unique combination of business acumen, thought leadership, and hands-on practicality to my work. I have expertise in talent and performance management, leadership development, learning, business transformation, organization development, change management, and employee engagement. I’ve lived and worked in different countries, including the UK and Japan, which gives me a global and diverse perspective. I am passionate about enabling a culture based on growth mindset, learning and impact at Alnylam and beyond.
