As Programs Manager at Pure Life Alliance—a nonprofit dedicated to faith-based recovery for men and women impacted by unwanted sexual behaviors and betrayal trauma—I oversee the development, implementation, and strategic growth of all program offerings.Key areas of focus include: Leading program vision, annual planning, and long-term strategy Supporting and training volunteer group leaders across both in-person and virtual settings Strategize and pilot virtual group structures while working with the Executive Director to identify new group locations and partnerships to expand program accessibility Developing leadership pipelines and mentoring systems Designing virtual resources and online training for members and leaders Partnering with the Executive Director on outreach, events, and donor engagement*In addition to this role, I continue to offer 1:1 coaching for a select number of women through Journey Beyond Betrayal, my private coaching practice supporting women healing from infidelity and betrayal trauma.
