With over 45 years of experience in health care settings, I specialize in connecting health systems with internationally educated RN talent. I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and creative sourcing, recruitment, and retention solutions that align with the mission, vision, and values of the organizations I serve. In the past, I also conducted full recruitment process assessment with gap analysis, turnover analysis, and recruitment and workforce strategic planning to ensure optimal staffing and quality outcomes.Since the early 90\'s I have conducted international recruitment efforts, primarily for RNs on TN Visas and Green Cards. In addition, I have specialized in cultural orientation of those candidates and their families, ensuring that they settle into their communities as well as their jobs. A colleague and I spoke on ethical international recruitment at a symposium in Geneva, Switzerland in 2007.I am proud to be working with Global Nurse Force!

   Assist with RN sourcing and workforce planning for a large healthcare system with multiple locations in Colorado and Montana. SCL Health is a faith-based not for profit organization and most of our hospitals have served their communities for over a century. Nursing practice is fulfilling and collaborative, including Shared Governance and Unit Based Councils. Several of our facilities are on the Magnet journey, and St. Joseph in Denver and Lutheran in Wheat Ridge have attained Magnet status. Many of our critical care units have obtained Beacon status.
