Can I do this?With over a decade in the health and wellness industry as a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Exercise Specialist as well as a degree in Exercise Science and certification as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I have become a guide on the journey to optimal health, tailored to each client and each demographic. I have helped hundreds of lost health seekers find their path. I know what health seekers are thinking, what obstacles they face on a daily basis, and the right tools to help them get on track.

   Support a team of coaches by providing guidance, coaching, and consistent feedback with collaboration and support from coach manager. This includes onboarding, training, audits, supporting collaboration, leading team meetings, answering questions and assisting with daily operations in leading the team.
