I’ve got a love for people and the gift of gab.In my current role, I’m focused on creating a workplace where people can thrive, grow, and stay connected to what matters. My team spans employer brand, inclusion, experience, and learning and development. Meaningful culture is not built in silos, and I\'ve loved getting to bring these pillars together. I’ve had the opportunity to scale our employer brand and DEI strategies from the ground up, shape values that live beyond the wall, and bring clarity to change through strategic communication. I’ve also helped embed high performance and continuous learning into how we work as a people-first, AI-fluent organization.I started my career in sales and customer success, which taught me the value of listening, simplifying complexity, and solving the real problem. No matter what I’m working on, my goal is always the same: help people do their best work.When I’m not working, you’ll find me belting show tunes (fun fact: I used to be a professional actor), running along Toronto’s waterfront, or trying to convince my English Bulldog, Rudy, to go for a walk.
