   As a Recruitment Program Specialist supporting the Cyberspace Operations and Security (COS) team within AFLCMC, I help drive strategic efforts to attract and engage top civilian talent for mission-critical IT and cybersecurity roles across the U.S. Air Force. Since joining the team in 2024, I’ve contributed to recruitment initiatives through hiring events, career fairs, and early-career pipeline programs such as PAQ and PCIP. I also support candidate outreach, interviews, and selection processes, with experience recruiting for highly visible programs including the F-35. Additionally, I assist in refining internal processes and tools to enhance candidate engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and long-term workforce planning as the team builds toward full operational capability.
