Leading as a Data Champion through collaboration and engagement with stakeholders across the business gathering insights to create and implement an analytical model for the purpose of estimating impacts of delivering Reform. • Create and analyse operational data reports and measures through Power Query and PowerBI across the business to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.• Develop and implement project controls processes, procedures, and systems to effectively monitor and control project performance. This includes establishing project baselines, tracking progress, and analysing variances against planned targets.• Create and analyse performance metrics to identify trends and provide insights to support effective project management and decision-making, including the identification, assessment, and management of project risks and issues. • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to establish change control processes, ensuring that changes are accurately assessed, documented, and communicated. Monitor and report on change requests, ensuring compliance with project governance and control procedures.

After receiving a Bachelor\'s from Texas Christian University with a double major in Supply Chain Management and Business Information Systems, my career path fell into the world of food service. I started as a Supply Chain Analyst at McLane Foodservice and then furthered my skills as a Logistics Analyst at Whole Foods Market.In 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, I decided to pursue a career change aimed at enhancing my analytical abilities. Therefore, I enrolled at University of Leeds in January 2021 to study an MSc in Consumer Analytics and Marketing Strategy. Upon successfully completing my studies in January 2022, I eagerly applied the newfound knowledge and skills to embark on a fresh professional journey as a Customer Analyst at National Grid. Then I found myself captivated by the exciting prospects presented by the new Big Work initiative at National Grid. Driven by this passion, I took the opportunity in October of 2024 to transition to the role of a Project Controls Business Analyst, a position that directly involves active participation in the Connections Reform initiative. This move allows me to actively contribute to shaping the future of the organization and further align my career aspirations with the strategic objectives of National Grid.
