I am a Senior Project Manager with experience leading complex SaaS implementations and internal initiatives that improve delivery effectiveness and scalability. With PMP and DASM certifications and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, I bring a structured, pragmatic approach to execution while maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder trust and business outcomes.At Vena Solutions, I manage a portfolio of 10–15 concurrent client implementations across FP & A, account reconciliations, and humane resources planning. I support mid-market and enterprise customers in healthcare, financial services, and real estate, operating in environments that require thoughtful risk management, clear governance, and consistent communication.In parallel with client delivery, I program manage internal Professional Services AI initiatives, working with cross-functional leaders to define success metrics, assess adoption and efficiency impacts, and evaluate strategic options for scaling AI within delivery operations.
