Developed the entire operations plan for a start-up performing arts center, securing positive cash flows from year one. Operating initially as a staff of one, built a staffing plan, financial structure, venue use management, venue image, ticketing, and marketing plan. Created the venue\'s Community Advisory Board and recruited members within. Established a fund for future repair and replacement expenses related to the venue, and actively fundraise for sponsors, grants, and pledges. Within six years tripled the staff size to accommodate the more than 300 use cases each year and instruction of students. Within seven years increased attendance to more than annually.
