Katherine “Kate” Walton, Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager, has over 25 years’ experience in banking and warehouse lending. Kate started her career as a teller and worked in many positions within banking including, new accounts, accounting, operations, relationship management and business development. Prior to TIAA Bank, Kate’s diverse back ground includes Citigroup, dba First Collateral Services, focused on the broker convert to banker and small to mid-size lenders, followed by GMAC Bank / RFC, which focused on the larger independent mortgage bankers and cross sell with the Correspondent business partners. Kate earned her Bachelors’ of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking sponsored by the MBA.
