   I am currently a program officer at the Headwaters Foundation for Justice, a social justice community foundation that invests in grassroots organizations across Minnesota and prioritizes supporting the work of Black people, Indigenous people, and people of color. My role is primarily focused on facilitating Headwaters\' work with the Bush Foundation, stewarding two funds through community-led grantmaking processes. I also build and hold relationships with grantee partners, and work with my colleagues to build organizational culture within Headwaters itself.
