Consult Your Community (CYC) is a pro bono consulting group at NC State. Small teams of members are paired with local businesses in the Raleigh area and work as business analysts to solve real world business problems and improve processes. In spring of 2025 I joined CYC as a new member and worked on an internal engagement. Deliverables involved improving the chapter website, creating slide decks as resources for small business seminars, and improving the new client intake form.Personally I worked to create a small business seminar slide deck, and I presented my work to the executive board at the end of the
