ABOUT KATE THREEWITTS
I am responsible for providing the overall human resources strategy and direction at G&S Business Communications; cultivating the agency’s growing talent base. Since joining G&S in 2014, my primary focus has been on recruitment and staff retention, employee engagement, organizational policies and programs, compensation and performance management. Partnering with G&S CEO, Luke Lambert, I launched our Diversity and Inclusion program “Think Differently Together” creating a company-wide culture where differences are appreciated and celebrated. With over 20 years’ experience with non-profit and for-profit organizations, I have provided counsel to management, implemented and tracked performance initiatives, and provided guidance on employee relations issues. I am member of the Society of Human Resources Management and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). I earned my B.A. in communications, specializing in public relations, from North Carolina State University in 1995.
