I co-ordinate CPD support for the Compound Semiconductor cluster in South Wales (known as CSconnected), as well as for organisations up-chain and down-chain. I work with local HE institutions, FE Colleges and private training providers to deliver CPD activities, aiming to reach over 25% of the expanded CS cluster workforce by 2025. The role also involves working closely with CSconnected Ltd on other elements of the skills agenda for the CS cluster, including a Degree Apprenticeship programme as well as inclusion, outreach and engagement activities to the wider community within the local region.
